- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and eggs to the mashed bananas; whisk until combined.
- Stir in the baking powder until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
