Delicious mini Big Mac-inspired sliders that are perfect for gatherings!
Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 medium white onion – chopped
- 6 to 8 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup hamburger-style dill pickles
- 12-count mini slider buns
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Prepared Big Mac sauce (from above)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and stir until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Break up the beef as it cooks until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Evenly spread the cooked beef over the buns. Drizzle with half of the prepared Big Mac sauce.
- Top with cheddar cheese slices, chopped onions, and dill pickles.
- Spread a layer of sauce on the underside of the top buns and place them over the sliders.
- Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle on sesame seeds.
- Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven. Lift the top buns and add shredded lettuce, then replace the buns.
