Delicious stuffed chicken breasts filled with creamy spinach and parmesan cheese.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Create pockets in each chicken breast by slicing into one side. Generously stuff with the creamy filling.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow resting for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken breasts for a few hours before preparing.
