Description
A delicious grilled chicken sandwich topped with ham and Swiss cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 brioche or sandwich buns
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add a grilled chicken breast, 2 slices of deli ham, and another slice of Swiss cheese.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the top bun and close the sandwich.
- Butter the outsides of each bun.
- Grill the sandwich on a skillet or panini press for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- This sandwich can also be made with turkey instead of chicken for a different flavor.
