Description

This creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is perfect for parties or game days! Serve with tortilla chips or veggies for a delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until evenly mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
