A delicious chicken stir-fry with vegetables and a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

- This recipe can be served over rice or noodles.
