Garlic Bread Baguette

Description

A delicious garlic bread made with creamy garlic sauce baked on baguette slices.


Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) baguette
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • dried parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  2. Slice 1 (6 ounce) baguette into ½-inch slices and place each slice onto a large, parchment paper lined baking sheet. Set aside.
  3. To a bowl, add 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and 5 garlic cloves, minced. Mix until combined.
  4. Smear the creamy garlic sauce onto each slice of the baguette (doing your best to get it right to the edges).
  5. Bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes or until the bread is slightly toasted and the cheese is golden brown.
  6. Top with dried parsley then enjoy!
