Description
A refreshing slush cocktail made with frozen fruits and tequila.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 4 oz tequila
- 2 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or triple sec)
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tablespoons agave syrup or simple syrup (to taste)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Lime wedges and salt for rimming glasses (optional)
Instructions
- If desired, rim your glasses: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip in salt. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup.
- Add a handful of ice cubes (about 1 cup) to start. Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave syrup if needed. Add more ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
- Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with lime wedges or fresh fruit slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
