- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet and sauté mushrooms until browned.
- Season mushrooms with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Butter bread slices and layer cheese and mushrooms.
- Grill sandwich until golden and cheese is melted.
