These creamy spinach dip pinwheels are a perfect party appetizer, easy to make and always a hit.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
- Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature so the filling mixes smoothly.
- Thaw the frozen spinach, then squeeze it very dry with a clean towel or paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Fold in the spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and green onions until evenly combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat and spread the spinach dip filling evenly over each one, leaving a small border.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log without squeezing out the filling.
- Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Trim the ends, slice into pinwheels, and serve chilled.
