A delicious savory snack mix that combines cereal, pretzels, and a zingy ranch flavor.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups corn squares cereal
  • 3 cups wheat squares cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups pumpernickel chips
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese crackers
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 5 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing seasoning

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Add the cereal squares, pretzels, pumpernickel chips, cheese crackers, and cashews to a large bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  3. In a small bowl, add the oil, pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and ranch dressing seasoning. Whisk to combine. Pour evenly over the cracker mix stirring as you pour. Stir gently until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mix out onto a large baking sheet into a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely. Pack and store in an airtight container.
