Description
Delicious cheesy ham sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, perfect for parties or game day!
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 rolls Hawaiian sweet rolls (kept connected)
- 12 slices beef ham (thinly sliced)
- 6–8 slices Swiss or mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up while you prepare the sliders.
- Keeping the Hawaiian rolls connected, slice off the top. Layer the beef ham and cheese on the bottom half, creating cozy little pockets of flavor.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley for a fragrant topping that adds richness.
- Generously coat the assembled sliders with your butter mixture, ensuring every bit is covered in that delicious glaze.
- If you like a bit of crunch, add poppy seeds on top for a delightful finish before popping them in the oven.
- Place the sliders in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melting and the edges of the rolls are golden brown and crispy.
- Pull those sliders out of the oven, let them cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm for maximum cheesy goodness!
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings or spices to customize the flavor!
