These chocolate avocado popsicles are a creamy and delicious treat that are easy to make and healthy!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove from molds, run warm water over the outside of each mold for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a sweeter popsicle, adjust the amount of maple syrup to taste.
- Make sure the mixture is smooth before pouring into molds.
