- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Blend the mango chunks into a smooth puree and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine gelatin powder with warm water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
- Heat the bloomed gelatin gently until dissolved completely, then allow it to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold the mango puree and vanilla extract into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the dissolved gelatin and gently mix until fully combined.
- Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses or dessert cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled with fresh mango cubes if desired.
