Instructions
- Heat Ingredients: In a saucepan, bring sugar, butter, milk, cocoa, and salt to a rolling boil. Let boil for 2 minutes.
- Add Mix-Ins: Remove from heat. Stir in oats, peanut butter, and vanilla until combined.
- Form Cookies: Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool until set. Enjoy!
