- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Nutella: Fill each muffin liner halfway with batter. Add a teaspoon of Nutella to each, then top with more batter until about three-quarters full. Swirl the Nutella gently with a toothpick.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
- These muffins freeze well; simply thaw before serving.
